Treestock event

What is Treestock? A small-town celebration of freedom the way George Washington intended. Complete with live music, food trucks, cornhole, and an hour-long fireworks extravaganza of, yes, extravagant proportions! We are turning our traditional one-day Independence Day Celebration into a weekend event not to be missed! If you are not from around here, we recommend getting a room for the weekend; you’re going to want to stay!

Sally DuBois with KNCB will be at Treestock in Steinhart Park from 3:00-5:00 p.m. with a sustainable craft (a color-your-own resusable bag) for kids and a giveaway for adults!

Applejack parade

Keep Nebraska City will again follow the parade and pick up garbage along the parade route. Look for our dancing "Trash Can" and hang on to your trash and deposit in our volunteers rolling cans.
